The reason I am giving a 5 start because this is an older property and for what it is it is in good shape. Rooms are clean and basic and what I would expect for this property. Place smells a little swampy but seems to be pretty common anywhere there is humidity.
My husband and I had a very pleasant stay while we were there. We had a queen size bed non-smoking room. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and courteous. I told them that we had a funeral to attend in Knoxville at 4:00 p.m., so they had our room ready as soon as we arrived at about 2:30. I really thought that was very nice of them so that way we had time to get dressed for the funeral and make it on time! I had no issues whatsoever with anything, and I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!
This is a large older motor lodge. The location is perfect and on a 24/7 busy highway. Our room was spacious and very clean. There were a few minor imperfections but we had a TV, fridge and the things we needed. What makes this place is the staff. They are warm and welcoming. The price was the best in town for a football weekend too!
We lived here for almost a year while still trying to get on our feet, and it was (aside from the price that is cheap for a typical motel but still very scientific) nice. I had my privacy and cleaned my own room nobody bothered me and I never had any problems. It was not fancy whatsoever but a pleasant stay.
Imn of Lenoir has other local competition beat with their low prices and vacany. Anytime I have visited this motel- regardless of the occasion- the staff have always been friendly and courteous. The rooms offer a range of amenities such as a large flat screen TV, basic cable, mini fridge, microwave & free wifi internet for guests.
Very very nice for the price clean Great for a quick extended stay everything worked the fridge was cold the remote and TV phone smoke alarm lights door lock all functioned properly I would definitely recommend staying here Pet friendly Smoker rooms Non smoking rooms smell very clean and fresh Sheets were clean under the beds were clean I was very impressed for the nightly rates and cleanliness of the over all hotel parking lot the vending area and lobby. VERY IMPRESSED!!!! THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS JUST AS SWEET AS SHE COULD BE
This is an older Inn. The service was great. The rooms are updated and very clean. While there, we needed a paper printed. I was having computer problems. The gentleman on the desk went out of his way to help. I could not have asked for better. The paper was printed, and all went well.
Spent 3 days here, Absolutely would stay there again. Cold Ac. clean room and No bugs in my room. Small fridge in room great for what I needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality and conversation. Great service and staff. Super staff. Very friendly. Thanks.
